This investigation intends to make a proposal of applicable rate according to the concentration of terraces in the city, attending to three basic criteria: the demand and density of terraces existing in the public space; the level of tourist activity and the density of pedestrians; the real estate value extracted from the commercial rents of the premises that use the public space.
