Characterization and evaluation of the terraces in the public space

This research aims to make a proposal of applicable rate according to the concentration of terraces of the city responding to three basic criteria: the demand and density of existing terraces in the public space; the amount of tourist activity and the density of pedestrians; and the real estate value extracted from commercial rentals at street level.
