Creation of background study information and the current situation in the provinces of Santo Domingo and San Pedro de Macorís
The overall objective of these proposal is to meet the needs of SHEARL and INVESTMENT, INC, (Vicini TBR), developing a set of studies related to the economic evaluation of a series of land in the Dominican Republic. These studies have been carried out in three phases: territorial analysis and the development of an information base; construction of the economic information base and the real estate market; design of the models of valuation and economic valuation of the land.
