Raster and vector planimetric surveying  | December2023

Vector planimetry of the heritage complex of Gaudí's Dragon Gate using the TLS survey carried out in 2016. The survey was extended with the aim of georeferencing the information and correcting the colour by applying mixed TLS technology and photogrammetry.

Based on the point cloud, raster planimetry was carried out of both the interior and exterior, as well as the plan view of the door and the drainage elements. Subsequently, based on the raster planimetry, vector planimetry was carried out by digitising all the elements.

A web application has been developed from the TLS survey we have carried out. The application can be used from the city council's website. 

High-resolution mesh model and 3D printing of Gaudí's Dragon Gate. For the creation of this model, a highly complex precision meshing methodology has been developed.
