Creation of a virtual model from the laser scanner for the subsequent construction of the new architectural project of the building. From the model obtained from the point clouds, a virtual model of the future project can be made, considering the construction variables existing at the site according to its real state at the time of its survey, taking into account deformations, variations with respect to the plans, etc.
