Born archaeological site

Museu d'Història de Barcelona (MUHBA) | Barcelona | January 2003

Creation of a virtual model of the archaeological ruins of the Borne market in Barcelona using a laser scanner. Based on several point clouds obtained from the doors of the market with a resolution of 25 mm at 50 m, 32 million points of information about the work area are obtained. The main value of the work lies in the integration and optimisation of the point clouds and the subsequent creation of a model that is easy to visualise and navigate.

Televisió de Catalunya - TV3 | Barcelona | 2014-2015

Creation of a virtual model that recreates the city and the life of its inhabitants during that period. The project has its origins in a commission from TV3 and is worked on in conjunction with advisors such as the historian Albert Garcia Espuche and the archaeologist Pere Lluís Artigas. It finally leads to the construction of a virtual ‘online’ navigation scenario of this model.
