Cadastral data viewer

A viewer has been created that allows you to analyze and compare public data on housing values published by the Cadastre.
Within the framework of the project for the development of a new methodology for defining the fiscal categories of the streets of Barcelona, an interactive web viewer has been created in order to offer a rigorous analysis of the economic structure of the city. The viewer allows you to compare two key indicators:
- Land impact value: It is the economic value that the land/location contributes to each square meter built, calculated according to the use or activity (shops, offices, housing, etc.).
- Reference value: It is the official indicator that the Cadastre calculates annually based on the real purchase prices declared before a notary (it is used as a basis for the settlement of different taxes).
